Isramart is a leading Carbon broker and trader. We have expanded so fast that we now need to consolidate our back office and turn it into the 'best of class' which matches the front office

We are looking for a strong manager with experience in a brokerage firm, Banking organisation who has a proven track record in as many of the skills below as possible;

* Best practice implementation and controls and procedures
* Setting up and/or defining reporting around the settlement
* Inter-company and international Reconciliations and best practice
* Management of the full settlements for multi-commodity businesses

Isramart is looking for a strong individual, from a proven background to manage its large volume of carbon trade operations .
The Carbon department is trading all forms of Carbon certificates (including EUA/ETS,CER,VER) with huge growth on a global scale.
The candidate will manage high profile, global initiative projects across the Middle and Back Office. In doing so, you will be working very closely with Head Traders, Heads of Risk, Senior Business Managers and Global MO Heads.
Working in a team you will be working on many projects at the same time that will vary in duration, but that will also be focused on improving the systems, processes and procedures between the department, the Front Office and the business as a whole. We need candidates that can come in and make a difference from day one. It is therefore essential that you have an excellent track record within Project Management (from a Finance and NOT AN IT perspective) that has even come from an Investment Banking or brokerage firm. You must also have a strong academic record and added qualifications. We would ideally also then look for candidates that come from a Commodities background and brokerage firm
