Carbonflow, a developer of software applications for carbon reduction projects, has closed a$4.2 millionsecond round of funding. The round was led by existing investorOVP Venture Partnerswith participation fromClean Pacific Venturesand@Ventures.

The San Francisco-based company plans to use this latest funding to expand sales around the world and release new products. Carbonflow customers use the browser-based project dashboard to manage carbon trading projects across multiple stakeholders.

Founded in 2006, the company previously raised$3.9 millionin 2008.
