China Huaneng Group, the largest power producer in China, recently inked framework agreement with Shanxi provincial government and Taiyuan municipal government on low carbon power coal technology cooperation.
According to the agreement, Huaneng Group will invest 53 billion yuan launching Huaneng Dongshan Low Carbon Industrial Park project in Taiyuan, in a bid to develop integrated industrial chain of power, coal and chemical sectors.
